Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

We give the best Services

The effluent water treatment plant cleans the contaminated water excreted by industrial units. The water contains a large number of impurities, chemicals and other elements that are extremely harmful to the health of humans and animals. Also, there are long-term environmental impacts of the same. We bring energy-efficient water treatment system that reduces BOD and COD percentage up to 90%. Being a leading effluent treatment plant. Manufacture, we offer systems that can service a wide spectrum of industries such as dying leather, paper, sugar, glass, chemicals, and fertilizers and so on.

Important components of an Effluent Treatment Plant

  • Bar Screen

You don’t want physical impurities of large size in the water as they can damage the system and cause a breakdown. Bar screens prevent objects such as bricks, stones, plastic garbage, and rags entering the system. The process is important for the successful operation of the plant.

  • Dissolved air flotation (DAF)

In this process, the air is dissolved in the water with treatment pressure. When the air is released from the water in a basin or floatation tank, millions of tiny bubbles get attached to the suspended matter. Thus, it floats to the surface, where the skimming device removes it from the water.

  • Dosing process

Water is pumped to a tank which is called dosing tank. Here, the right quantities of dosing chemicals are sent at the optimum rate. It ensures that the plant gives long-term service in an optimized manner.

  • Clarifier system I

It is also called the primary clarifier. It clarifies the semi-treated water with the help of chemicals. Two parameters are important for the effectiveness of the clarifying process; retention time and the efficiency of plate settlers. The sludge gets accumulated In the sludge holding tank. Later it is taken on the Bop Reactor.

  • Bio-Reactor l

From this point, the biological treatment process started. Submersible pumps shift the wastewater to the reactor. Eco diffusers and Bio Blocks start working on the wastewater. Diffusers aerate it so that microorganisms multiply and act on the organic stuff present in the water. As they consume the organic constituents get degraded. The wastewater flows into the next chamber which is called clarifier ll.

  • Clarifier system ll

Secondary clarifier or clarifier ll settles down the solids using the plate settler arrangement. The sludge is collected into the Sludge Holding Tank, and the clarified water is moved to another important chamber which is Bio-Reactor ll.

  • Bio-Reactor ll

Here also, you find Eco blocks that treat the remaining organic matter under aerobic condition. Like Bio-Reactor l, here also diffused air accelerates the microbial growth. Here, the entire organic content gets degraded, and the clean water moves to clarifier ll. Clarifier ll or Tertiary Clarifier

  • Clarifier system lll

The third Clarifier settles the solids by plate settler method. Like earlier processes, the sludge gets accumulated in the collection tanks. Clarified water is sent to the next part of the process, Filter Feed Tank.

  • Filter Feed Tank

Filter feed tank holds the clarified water and pumps it to the filtration chamber.

  • Filtration Chamber

Filtration chamber has sand and carbon filters to reduce the odour and suspended impurities from the water. From this point, the water moves to the disinfection chamber.

  • Disinfection Chamber

You may use Ozone disinfection, depending on the design specs of the treatment plant. It is a critical process that prevents the outbreak of dangerous infectious diseases. Water released from the disinfection chamber is safe for the environment and humans or animals.

  • Treated water tank

Treated water gets stored here, and it can be used for several applications such as flushing, gardening, and industrial or construction purpose. The water is perfectly ok for the disposal of water bodies or underground.

  • Sludge drying beds

The beds dry the sludge received from the primary and secondary Clarifier and Settling tank. The dried sludge is used in several applications.
