Effluent Treatment Plant(ETP)
Our energy-efficient effluent water treatment plant
effectively cleans contaminated water from industrial units,
reducing BOD and COD levels by up to 90%. We offer solutions for various industries,
including dyeing, leather, paper,
sugar, glass, chemicals, and fertilizers.
Key Components:
- Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF): Air dissolved under pressure
forms tiny bubbles that attach to suspended matter, floating
it to the surface for removal.
-
Dosing Process: Water is treated with precise quantities of chemicals in a
dosing tank to optimize plant performance.
- Clarifier System I (Primary Clarifier): Uses chemicals to
clarify semi-treated water, accumulating sludge for transfer
to the Bio-Reactor.
-
Bio-Reactor I: Begins biological treatment with submersible pumps, eco
diffusers, and bio blocks that degrade organic
matter through aeration.
- Clarifier System II (Secondary Clarifier): Settles solids,
collects sludge, and transfers clarified water to Bio-Reactor
II.
- Bio-Reactor II: Further degrades organic matter using eco
blocks and diffused air, ensuring complete treatment before
moving to Clarifier System III.
- Clarifier System III (Tertiary Clarifier): Settles remaining
solids, sending clarified water to the Filter Feed Tank.
- Bar Screen: Prevents large physical impurities like bricks,
stones, and plastic from entering the system.
